SOCIAL MEDIA & INFLUENCER MANAGEMENT

  • Influencer Partnership

    The influencer partnership cycle begins at discovering who your brand is and finding the right people to share your story.

  • Community Engagement

    Reposting UGC is not only vital to cultivating a community online but an exciting way to make our audience feel acknowledged and a part of our collective space on social media.

  • Giveaway Collaborations

    Apart from instant follower growth, giveaways are an opportunity for brand awareness as well as a potential new friend and advocate of the brand. “Word of mouth” recommendations are valuable.

  • Copy for the techies

    Our target audience was split between a few niches and one of them is a male-dominated workspace group. They value clean, efficient, and minimal spaces so I created the appropriate copy to speak their language.

  • Copy for the productive

    For digital planners, motivation and focus are aspirational. I mirrored those goals with reinforcing priorities that maintained brand voice: “Be Nimble”.

  • Copy for everybody

    Having “fun” can be scary for brands that aren’t following Duolingo’s marketing philosophy. However, I found what personable looks like with our audiences.

  • The Post

    It all starts with an eye-catching post and the relatable copy to go with it. I gave art direction to our trusted content creators to achieve visuals that aligned with our goals and brand story.

  • The Conversation

    Then, it was time to observe how our audience responded and of course, I kept the conversation going (No one likes to be left on read, ya know).

  • The Results

    Finally, comes the numbers. How much did people really like this post? The sends and saves are just as important as the likes. And it looks like 48 people loved this post so much that they want to come back to it later!

DESIGN & CONTENT CREATION FOR IG

  • Establishing Authority

    Apple events aren’t UPPERCASE’s events but UPPERCASE makes accessories for Apple devices so it makes sense to cover them on our IG Stories. It also establishes the brand as an authority on Apple tech.

  • Adopting Values

    You might be wondering what tech accessories have to do with self-care. Cultivating a brand online means adopting the values of the niches we target. In this case, we’re speaking with studygram and digital planners via IG story.

  • Connecting Ourselves

    Who doesn’t want their voice heard? I kept things interesting by using the IG Story swipe tool in a new way (it was a new way at the time).

  • IG Stickers

    Reposting onto IG Stories doesn’t have to lack brand personality which is why I created these easy-to-add “stickers” to jazz up our stories. These stickers came in all of the brand colors .

  • Art Direction

    Working with content creators to get our desired look for our Instagram grid is a collaboration. While influencer posts reflect the influencer’s style, these posts should demonstrate brand lifestyle.

  • IG Reels

    Creating content is a lot different than giving art direction or reposting UGC. I thoroughly reflected on the target audience, their aesthetic, and which products would most appeal to them. You can see the reel here.

INFLUENCER / COMMUNITY BUILDING CAMPAIGN

  • Cool Creators Club

    Spotlighting an influencer is multi-beneficial content. It creates a closer bond with an influencer, your audience looks forward to new content, and your brand can be a liaison to your audience to their favorite creators.

  • Creating Excitment

    Anticipation is crucial to launching something new.

  • The Design

    I designed the entire Cool Creators Club IG stories in Canva using on-brand colors and fonts.

  • Launch Day

    This is the part where you have to deliver. I wanted to give a fun yet personal look into the creator behind a popular studygram account.

  • Keeping the Attention

    Who doesn’t love a good Spotify Playlist recommendation? Instead of routine questions with traditional text templates, I designed the Q&A in a visual-strong format.

  • Share the Love

    One of my favorite slides from the creator spotlight stories. Ending on a call to action is never a bad idea.
